Pros

Central london office wise mission days for networking office food

Cons

-Too much gaslighting by finance leads. Opinions in advisory work are not respected -no clear deadlines and broken processes causing too much confusion. even with this lack of structure, employees are often blamed for work not done. - Finance leadership is not too technically strong and hire consultants for everything even when employees have expertise - There is a lot of hegemony from Estonian office on others. British office culture is much better - internal employee surveys are a facade - lack of professionalism and basic office manners. no cohesiveness in offices - experienced or old employees in company have lack of respect or care for new employees . they dont want to get challenged and continue with their clout or broken structure - lack of right work for right grade. work is not matched to experiences or expertise

Pros

Base pay Decent office EAP

Cons

Toxic leadership. Poor work culture. Lack of trust in people. Too much hierarchy/ overly top down not only in organisation terms but very evident in the day to day. Hire the best only to waste them as the top leaders don’t have a vision and are simply trying to keep up with trends. Needless to say no room for growth

Pros

Real Mission Focus: This is the biggest pro. Leadership truly believes in the mission; it's not just a slogan. Progress towards the mission is much more important that other metrics (revenue, profit, etc). The recent shareholder structure that was approved is a clear signal that the company is set up to remain mission-focused for the long term, which is incredibly motivating. Autonomy and Execution: The culture is very much "less alignment, more executing." You are given a lot of autonomy and flexibility to get your work done. If you're a self-starter, this is an amazing environment to be in. Stable Strategy: Unlike many tech companies, we aren't constantly making huge, disruptive strategy pivots. There's a clear and stable direction, which allows teams to focus on executing and building. Great People & Transparency: The people are smart, nice, and always willing to help. Teamwork is a strong point. There's also a high degree of transparency on everything, including calendar, everyone's calendar is open, and there's no culture of "pretending to be busy."

Cons

Top-Down Product Strategy: The company has historically been quite top-down, which has meant less product localization for specific markets. This is starting to change (India is a good recent example), but there's still progress to be made in empowering regional teams. Compensation and Benefits: Need more competitive package to attract and retain top talent in the current market.
