      Pros

      * You have the opportunity of travelling to different offices (which means different countries) * The office in Tampa in conveniently located off the Highway - which is a plus if you know Tampa and how hectic it can be in to drive through Ybor. * People working in the Tampa office are super warm and loving! They always have your back - and that's for real - no fake stuff. * Opportunities to change offices/ move in another team * Insurance is relatively good

      Cons

      * The pay is a little low for the job - but it's not unfairly low.

      Pros

      It's honestly has been the best experience of my career life. From start to finish it's been a challenge to what I've always known. This place encourages you to be yourself; this act than allows you to be open to the process that will lead you to success. Yes the perks are amazing, but it's the culture it's the people that make the experience that make it more than just a call center. It's a family. (plus dogs in the office!)

      Cons

      It's sound crazy but there is no negative. The "newbie" process is slow and concise there is no throwing you to the wolves persay. They set you up for success not failure

      Amazing Benefits, lots of PTO, Flexible hours and lots of support from team.

      Cons

      Not suited for everyone, if you need to be told what to do or be evaluated based on performance this might not be what you need. I, personally love it
