Pros

Lots of opportunities for impact and growth in the People team as the company is always evolving. The team are supportive and genuinely want you to succeed.

Cons

The salary bands aren't very high compared to the industry and could be better if we want to attract and retain the best talent, we need to increase the salaries offered.

- Salaries are on mid-market range without a bonus but benefits such as sabbatical, me days, stock, balance it out - Office building is beautiful, clean - Work community consists of very open-minded and smart people, there's a lot to learn and have fun

Cons

- Budapest office doesn't offer as many opportunities for internal move as other ones
