People are TransferWise are passionate about the company, and there is a very strong buy-in to the company mission. People are trusted to make product decisions, with data being the main driver for decision making. Incredible onboarding experience makes you feel welcome and at home very quickly.

Cons

It's a large company, so it's hard to know where to find things as it's grown very quickly. But this is getting easier and easier as it has matured as a company.
