Pros

Imagine a job where you are actually part of something wonderful. Something which helps the everyday man. A job which challenges the industry norm and redefines the rules of the game. And its all achieved through amazing cross-team cohesion, free Friday lunches and drinks in the evenings.

Cons

Though their idea of stock option seems wonderful however, stock options are difficult to value.Stock options can result in high levels of compensation of executives for mediocre business result, which seems unfair when a team consists of senior and junior level employees with different stock options available to them. An individual employee must also rely on the collective output of their co-workers and management in order to receive a bonus.
