Great company with endless opportunities.

Pros

* The company's culture is great - people feel valued and are expected to share their opinion and thoughts. * Growth opportunities - opportunity to learn new things and acquire new skills. Possibility to move to different teams and different roles.

Cons

If you are not a fan of changes, then TransferWise might be too much to handle, because company keeps growing and things are at constant change. If on Friday you used to follow one procedure, on Monday you might already have a new way of doing things. You need to keep yourself up-to-date.

How it is to work at TransferWise

Business Outlook

Pros

The biggest pros are the independence and trust you get from day one as well as the possibility to work from home. On the second place comes the overall company culture, it's open and honest, and you can always ask.

Cons

It's not isolated to TransferWise per se but the Start-Up going large world. You need to be aware of that your manager will not tell you what to do. You need to be self driven and you need to ask, don't assume.
