The culture is great and supports me in getting things done. Solid chances to learn about and realise one's full potential. You can pick your battles - there's plenty in a growing company. It feels great to work for a mission you believe in.

Pros

TransferWise is a great place to start or develop your carrier. The flat organizational structure allows you to be independent, responsible for your job and push your own limits. It's not about your manager telling you what you should do, it's about what you want to do to be impactful! Besides, the start-up environment is ideal and the people who you will work with is inspirational. Not a place for conformists and faint-hearted!

Cons

Sometimes it can seem that you will live in and for the company, but you will have to learn how to balance it. I also have the feeling that Customer Support team is more hierarchical, and some of their team leads are selfish achievers instead of altruist hard-working leaders.

- Not sure about salary progress - Growing too fast, could be a good and bad thing I guess!
