Wise is inclusive and tries to foster their startup culture. I was there for several years and learned a lot,

Cons

however, times have changed and Tampa office had less of a voice with changes. That’s likely with any job though as they grow like Wise has.

Cons

Schedules are published each month, and there's a bidding system in place, so your preferred shifts are not guaranteed. Training and the probationary period could use significant improvement.
