      Wise is a great company to grow your career with. You have the ability to take on complex, challenging, and rewarding work. While there are times you might feel out of your comfort zone there is always a group of great people in your corner to support you.

      Cons

      Wise isn't for everyone- there are certainly moments or projects that can be quite difficult to navigate so if you are not one to get out of your comfort zone Wise might not be for you.
