      Leaving Wise was one of the biggest mistakes of my career

      Pros

      Cozy and well equipped office in Budapest. Diversity of all aspects within teams, highly inclusive company culture. Plenty of perks, company events, great community. Competitive salaries, good career development opportunities.

      Cons

      Sometimes, when managers with the local mentality get to power, would exercise their superiority not necessarily in line with company policies and culture, although if anything is raised against these kind of managers, actions will be taken ( unfortunately I did not have the patience to wait until this change happened and left )

      Positive, encouraging, friendly, helpful environment to work at. The company culture is to have everyone succeeding in order for the company succeed as well.

      Only I can think of is too metric driven.
