      I didn't seen any pros,. apart from free meal policy

      Cons

      Pathetic for freshers No proper pay structure, you deal with manager then you get some hike. They say performance hike, but it's like giving tip to bearer. No corporate Work culture. Talk in local languages.

      There is no pros, Food facility, Celebrate every fastival,

      Very less salary I joined on 14k/month. No work from home. Surviving in Bengaluru on this salary is not a easy task. No appreciation Useless company policy. No increment for fresher after complete 1year. 3month probation period they do not count they will increase salary after 1.3year. No extra benefits. Senior employees politics also there
