      Dont be fooled by marketing speeches. Horrible company.

      Pros

      Some good clients to have on resume. Good on paper salaries.

      Cons

      I am writing about Wissen technology and not wissen infotech. They cheats employees by false promises when joining. They told AI, Analytics but there is no work in this areas. Work at thier clients is horrible and the wissen technology management is arrogant, except one or two nice people. The ceo lies about business. I was in last meet with ceo meeting and he is saying same lies of growth for more than 1 year. All employees are frustrated. All good people are leaving. No career growth options. No HR.

      Pros

      You get an opportunity to work with smart people. Good Compensation. Your hard work is recognized in this company and it really ties in to your career progression. If you are talented, you are looked after. Frequent parties and team outings. And the best part NO office politics.

      Cons

      HR policies can be improved.

      Pros

      1. Great Training - Trainers are really good, complete hands on training. Access to lots of online resources like Pluralsight. 2. Seniors are very helpful 3. HR is quite understanding and help you with everything you need. 4. Lots of company sponsored parties :)

      Getting approvals from management takes time
