Pros

I work at Wissen Technology which is a subsidiary of Wissen Infotech and it works as solution provider for banking and finance domain companies. Main points that I would like to share are: 1. Work culture is very flexible. Work-life balance. 2. Easy to reach the higher management. Company listens to any suggestions or queries the employees have. 3. Peers are technically very sound and one gets a good opportunity to learn from them.
