I've been working in Wissen Technology for more than a year. Wissen Technology is a high end technology consulting firm. They are a company with high end software and hardware work environment. The higher management is very friendly and approachable, they also provide very good guidance and mentorship. They also maintain a highly skilled and focused environment. And they are always open to new ideas and suggestions. Most of all they have a work hard and party harder culture in them. Mentorship in the company promotes us to excel, deliver and take charge, by doing so they have created a very professional environment. In respect to my work, I've been working on high end technologies and tools such as Java8, Spring, Sonar, Swagger etc . High emphasis on code quality and coverage, proves the fact that they want to deliver the best to the clients. The work/life balance is good. The work environment is very composed and relaxed. Weekly interactions with the client to streamline the project effectively. They also organise high level trainings on finance, tech and other domains. I would say, a very Good company to work in, good environment, full technical and domain exposure and friendly higher management.

Fully technical environment. You get to choose among multiple projects/ technologies. They have some major clients, namely Morgan Stanley, MSCI and hence the company never runs out of projects. Very good to get some exposure on technologies as well as business management. Since it is a small company now, you can take a lot of responsibility and show your capabilities if you work hard. Company management consists mostly of engineers, hence even you have a chance to become one, and they are very approachable. Company offsite meetings are informal and fun.
