Good salary but could be benched

-Good salary -Good management -Decent growth

Cons

Even if hired by Wissen, Toh need to clear interviews with clients they assign you to. If you're unable to you will be on the bench but the pay you salary for a couple of months. However, if you are on the bench for too long, you may be released.
