My onboarding was organised and efficient. The IT team provided prompt asset allocation, assisted with system setup, and ensured I had access to all required software. The process felt smooth, and induction sessions gave a clear picture of organisational policies and my daily responsibilities.Introduced to my team & Manager on the same day. HR team, colleagues and Manager are very supportive.

More detailed documentation on internal processes and initial shadowing sessions could help new hires get up to speed even faster
