1. Great Training - Trainers are really good, complete hands on training. Access to lots of online resources like Pluralsight. 2. Seniors are very helpful 3. HR is quite understanding and help you with everything you need. 4. Lots of company sponsored parties :)

Getting approvals from management takes time

Pros

Got nice opportunity to work on latest tool technology and POC on new tool. TL and Managers are very helpful and always supportive. Salary compensation was also nice compare to other top MNC.

Cons

Didn't found anything. Team lunch and no more on-site as of now.

Pros

I work at Wissen Technology which is a subsidiary of Wissen Infotech and it works as solution provider for banking and finance domain companies. Main points that I would like to share are: 1. Work culture is very flexible. Work-life balance. 2. Easy to reach the higher management. Company listens to any suggestions or queries the employees have. 3. Peers are technically very sound and one gets a good opportunity to learn from them.
