      I am an employee of Wissen Technology, which is the arm of Wissen that focuses on high end applications. Some of the pros of working here are: Top tier clients. Top notch colleagues. High quality projects. Meritocracy, culture of excellence. Employee-friendly policies. Responsive leadership team. Personal mentoring on technical skills and financial domain.

      Cons

      Not much that I can think of. The company has immense potential. The brand needs to grow.

      1. Career Opportunities - Wissen as an entity has loads of career opportunities, you get chance to work on cutting edge technologies. 2. Work/Life Balance - Wissen always encourages employee to have a proper work life balance. 3. Senior Management - Senior Management at Wissen is very helpful and approachable. 4. Culture - Culture are Wissen is very much employee friendly.

      Wissen Technology, an all-embracing definition of a great company!

      Pros

      No hierarchical structure in company. You are the owner of what you do. You get appreciated for the job well done. Working with the best guys in the business. A healthy and helpful bunch of Colleagues. You can jump on to anyone for help and you won't be disappointed. Not very often, we get to work with a small-medium size company that has so many budding technical sounded people. As a fresher, we were provided enough training in the technical and business domain and also the suggestion were implemented pretty soon. Senior Management are accessible for any help anytime. Any suggestion or problem can be told in the monthly meeting with HR and SM, that were taken care seriously. Yes, we have a culture of 'Work Hard, Party Harder'

      Cons

      So far in the short span (6 month) that I have had here, I could not find anything that could write as negative. But lunch/dinner with whole company employee irrespective of the team will be helpful for exchange of ideas and connections.
