Pros???? Must be joking Only Pro is if you are a relative, You can play around, You dont have to go to your hometown during holidays because all your cousins,relatives,friends would be working with you on the same floor.
Cons
There are tons of Cons..Lets see how much glassdoor accomodates. To start with, do not trust even a single positive review as they written by the people(to be specific RELATIVE) upon some directors pressure who referred them to increase stars in glassdoor. Second, There is nothing called growth in this company, Its a business for them and they do it pretty well like that. This cant be counted in as a MNC. Third, 80% of the people are sisters,brothers and other relatives of the management and more than 50% of them dont even know how to draft a mail and how to tackle a client during escalations. Fourth, Management uses you whenever they need you and when you need them, None would be found.You just run in circles here. Fifth, You would never get promoted as Leads and Managers here are stagnant from years and they are relatives. Finally, even the person who serves the food is a relative. You could get some cockroaches and insects most of the times, Got to complain about it??? You are talking to the walls buddy.
