      Worst possible Company.

      Pros

      No pros. They literally exploits freshers and grads and put them mental torture.

      Cons

      Not a good company.very bad work culture. They forced me to sign a Bond for 18 months. worth 4 lacs. They mentally harassed me and tortured me. I had a very bad experience. Thankfully, I resigned from wissen. But I woulnd't recommend this horrible company to anyone. Please don't join this one. Luckily, i switched afters erving the horrible notice period of three months.

      There is no advantage to join this company. There are many other companies, which are far batter then this.

      No job security in this company, they don't even have project. company may ask u to leave any time.

      1) Untimely Pay 2) Less Pay 3) Exploiting freshers with gruesome bonds 4) Notice period is 3 months 5) They literally torture mentally 6) Too much favoritism 7)They want to us work 24*7 but want to pay as if we're working 3 days in a week.
