      Horible bond demands for a fresher

      Nothing to comment, 1st impressions was a worst impression

      Cons

      No professionalism, asks for 4 years bond for a fresher and surrender all original educational certificates and pays only 15 k per months includes pf esi etc. Bond amount 5 lkhs if broken. When asked for document no response and mention no such documents will be shared.

      I dont know about whole management of this company but had a very bad experience with bangalore location...first of all they hired me for pune location and then they said our pune office is not ready yet so I was working from home... The team i was working it was good but the manager was very unprofessional , it was a fashion there to not respond your mails for more than 15 days even after you followed up. They dont have anything to teach you nor they have projects to shift you from another project. They asked me to leave as they did not have any project. I dont know why they hire people when they don't have anything in hand.
