none, nothing good, exploit employees, fool employees, like to use Taiwan style to fit it worldwide, stingy

Cons

- awful salary increment - cut off OT pay paid by client to employees - terrible management - salary rate is not related to experience and education but if you are willing to be the spy and report bad things to management grade, you will be promoted - threathen employee by not applying working visa

You get to work in one of the top 5 EMS companies.

Cons

There are high turnover rates, very basic benefits(I last heard they were working on it), micromanagement, office politics, favoritism by management(which I must say a typical habit by Chinama company). Management is not working to improve the relationships between expat and local staff.
