Pros

if you want a short term job work here. they won't care about what you've done. the customer pays, they pay you.

Cons

work with the customer, you won't meet your manager, even when you leave the company. no one cares about your career growing, just make the customer happy.

Pros

Personal life. Wistron offers more payable holidays than average and its employees' welfare committee does a really good job. Average working load permits employees to do domain studies at low season. Since its salary is lower than average, internal struggles among colleagues are rare.

Cons

The salary is lower than average. Senior management is mediocre but at least it does not hinder our work too much. The worst of all is not Wistron's fault. As a ODM/OEM, everything is controller by our customers in the U.S. The company can't earn reasonably, thus we can't earn reasonably. As a lower part of international exploitation system, Wistron is strictly limited in its development.
