Great Organization not sure of its place in bigger picture

Great talented personnel- from bottom to top Pleasant, small-team atmosphere Ability to learn, apply knowledge,and work on some pretty cool things Facility close to public transportation Seems immediate management tries to respect work-life balance

Cons

As a contact manufacturer, cost is king. Penny pinching can be frustrating, when it is done for short-sighted goals. As a satellite office, the needs and capabilities of the site does not seem to be inline with what HQ thinks it should (or should not) be. This impacts things like ability to do job effectively and work-life balance.
