Pros

Good for honing basic skills and learning life cycle of a product. Friendly working environment. Able to work with big companies such as IBM and HP.

Cons

Salary is considered mediocre. Not a good choice for a long term career path. Bonus isn't as good when comparing to other ODM companies.

Stable and stable. Lots of ODM projects like notebooks and desktop could help you understand how they do the whole assemble

Cons

Nothing much growth once you have run projects. If you are interested in gaining experience of how ODM works then it is ok.
