It is a stable and peaceful job. Opportunity available for learning new technology. Opportunity available to meet and co-work with clients and vendors from all over the world. Chances to travel to factories overseas.

Cons

Pressure from upper management to reduce bill-of-material cost. Upper management doesn't understands much the technical things done under his management. Pays less than similar companies. Not much opportunity for being promoted. Some departments have political culture.
