      Pros

      Same daily routine task, and stress level of work still acceptable. High pay with OT + Allowance can reach up to RM6K for engineer with 2 years experience.

      Cons

      Hard to communicate with higher level as most of the from mainland China, cannot speak and understand English. Others still OK

      Pros

      Good leaders and team members to help and guide you in your learning process. It will get a little tricky if you're someone new to semiconductor field like me but once you get the hang of it, its a smooth sail

      Cons

      Tiring OT (which is selectable if you want to do OT). Imagine doing 11 hours work for 6 days straight. There is definitely no work life balance here. Also being a process engineer here means you're work revolves you being in the production line the whole day
