Pros

The company has good employee benefits, such as extra Power vacation, overtime pay, travel subsidy, etc...

Cons

Some managers lack quality in their approach. They focus exclusively on meeting client requests, neglecting the importance of creativity in fostering team engagement. Relying on overtime is not a sustainable solution for addressing schedule delays. Furthermore, some individuals do not recognize that each functional team possesses its own expertise and skills. While they may acknowledge this idea, they do not fully grasp the significant changes required in terms of impact and processes. It really doesn’t matter how hard you work or if you’re doing the right things; if your boss doesn’t like you, you're not going to get good bonuses.
