      You get to work in one of the top 5 EMS companies.

      Cons

      There are high turnover rates, very basic benefits(I last heard they were working on it), micromanagement, office politics, favoritism by management(which I must say a typical habit by Chinama company). Management is not working to improve the relationships between expat and local staff.
