      Pros

      They have nice coworkers. The managers are good and approachable you can ask them for clarifications and help. They also have arranged quarterly events for employees to enjoy, it can be out of the town sometimes.

      Cons

      The hardest part is that you cannot the plan personal events on weekends due to overtime are needed except if you tell your manager in ahead of time.
