Work was easy. Left alone for the most part. Tenants were almost always friendly and cooperative.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for work completion. No training. People like to gossip and you must always watch what you say.

Pros

Its a great place to start out, they are willing to train (depending on who your boss is) Somewhat flexible with hours.

Cons

They don't keep up wages of new hires to people who have been here for years. 3 years and making less than people I'm working with who've never done this line of work. If I quit they would bring someone new in and pay them more. Lots of upper management bullying. They think they are above the hardest of us workers, it's just about getting units filled no matter if it's legal or not. Responsibilities far out way pay.

Helping people in need find affordable housing.

Cons

Biggest downside starts from the President of the company, HR to the Regional VPS. The majority of the RVPs came from a company that got rid of them, so that says a lot. The lack of unprofessional is at an all time high. Upper management is more concerned with their job titles than actually treating employees like people. The way this company is running sucks and they can never keep employees. HR had a contest to have employees write reviews in this site since the rating was a “1”.
