      * Competitive pay * Employee benefits & amenities * Good people * Work-Life balance * Innovative products & technology * Great office space * Tools/Resources requested usually granted * Very generous bonuses/profit share when divisions are sold

      * Lot of disparate projects/divisions can cause confusion on priorities * Fast pace can cause quick decisions that don't always work out * Holidays can be stressful since its the busiest time

      Pros

      People are hired based on culture so the people are great. Employee gatherings are always fantastic. The company is vision driven and if employees are bought into that vision the workload makes sense.

      Cons

      It is not for everyone. It is a fast paced and innovative company. Not a good fit for everyone but people are upfront about that during the hiring process.
