      Pros

      Wolfe has been a great move for me. The culture was great at the start but continues to improve. Competitive compensation and incentives for employees. Benefits are competitive and serve families well. Strong growth trajectory

      Cons

      Not really a con but I am hopeful that we continue to grow in Pittsburgh. Sometimes it’s hard to for remote workers to being engaged in our culture and the everyday activities .
