Pros

401k HSA/Good health plans included decent pay but below competitors Depending on division you work for, you may have great solutions and good managers

Cons

Way behind the times (they are still trying to migrate away from being a publishing company) in development and innovation. It was shocking to be at yearly conferences and hear what is planned and realize these are things other companies did 5-7 years ago. Very limited mobility to move up or around- They know this and have never implemented a plan Fragmented - each business unit is basically a completely different company and they do not work or play well together. Internally- paranoid managers/directors who actively prevent different unit solutions from being integrated, leveraging the capabilities of both, providing an internal reference to, or even talking to other teams. HR protects the managers/directors - not the employee. Several long-term employees sabotaged by managers and culture of employees trying to protect each other from specific managers. At the same time, if a VP or Director leaves, the ex-high ranking employee has been blamed for things that have gone wrong that they were never involved with at all. No raises in my business unit for anyone despite yearly performance reviews, etc. No investment in on-going education

Pros

Used to be a good company. Now, some new management had taken place and that ruined everything

Cons

New management is ruining this company If management doesn't like you, they will fire you anytime. No job security . Think 100 millions time before taking a position in this company. Mangement will take all the credit and the benefits.
