Pros

There are two good reasons to continue working for WKH--the benefits are good and the ability to work from home.

Cons

This job is quite stressful, the work is never-ending, the expectations enormous, and workload unreasonable. Then add that there is little recognition for doing a good job and the rewards nonexistent- unless you are upper management.

Global opportunity experience. Advanced product line. Leader in legal research.

Cons

Difficult to understand long term vision. Rollover of mgt. in mid-senior level creates lack of continuity.
