Pros

Working flexibility 2 days a week in office.

Cons

I recently made the decision to leave my role as a Solutions Manager after nearly three years, and unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by a deeply concerning internal culture. There is a persistent pattern of poor leadership and lack of strategic direction. During my tenure, I reported to four different Sales Directors, creating constant disruption, misalignment, and an absence of consistent vision. This level of turnover at a senior level made it extremely difficult to execute effectively or build any long-term success. More concerning, however, is the management culture. Weekly meetings were often unproductive and, at times, hostile, with senior leadership resorting to unprofessional behavior, including shouting and public criticism. There have also been repeated instances of inappropriate conduct and harassment toward employees, which have not been adequately addressed. From a commercial standpoint, there appears to be a disconnect between leadership expectations and practical sales execution. Decisions are frequently made without a clear understanding of the sales process, creating further frustration for frontline teams. While there are talented individuals within the organization, the broader environment makes it challenging to thrive or feel supported.
