Decent benefits, but slow raises and unresponsive management

Pros

Pretty good benefits. A lot of PTO compared to other companies but it is not unlimited. The culture is okay but it is a very big company so it just depends on the team you are on and/or the division you are in.

Cons

You will get about 2.5-3% raise each year and that's it. Don't expect much growth. Executive management does not listen and middle management doesn't do much either. Every single town hall I've been in has real concerns about either pay or hr, etc and they avoid the question.

Pros

Great product, cool people, established product within the market

Cons

DEI. Micro-managing. Nepotism and favoritism. Territories that do WAY better than others, regardless of which sales rep is working it. Countless meetings that could’ve been 2 paragraph e-mails. PIPs for non-koolaid drinkers. The list goes on and on!
