Great benefits and PTO Nice offices but they are mostly empty (option for remote and hybrid), good equipment too. Opportunity for great experience and exposure to international Business Units.

Cons

Slightly below average salary. Favoritism is present & sometimes dysfunctional communication. Horizontal hierarchy, it is hit or miss to get a good manager (and they have a large number of direct reports 20+) Siloed business units, little cooperation encouraged
