Pros
Good benefits. Some really great people there. Don't cheap out on you when you have to travel. Good discounts on their variety of footwear.
Cons
Pay is not very competitive. A lot of politics that seem to get worse as the years go on. Top execs are greatly rewarded before or at expense of employees. Let people go and simply spread the workload onto others with already full loads. Say they promote from within, but go outside for majority of management and higher positions.
