Pros

nice office in the heart of London (Kings Cross), free cereal and drinks, free shoes every season.

Cons

Rigid micromanagement, clear profit over people culture. Strictly controlled 45 minute lunch breaks and clock-in, clock-out environment. No one goes above and beyond the call of duty unless they're promised a healthy bonus. Note - my tenure was quite a while ago now, so things might have improved since then.
