      Pros

      The Gym and running trails are such a value-add.

      Cons

      Many departments still shame for self-care (aka using the free gym and nature trails), even though they advertise the opposite. The company is gong through massive changes, which has caused way more stress than the usual, mid/high level stress that buzzes around campus employees. I would highly recommend waiting until 2026 to accept a position at WWW, to let some dust settle and assure your position is secure.

      Pros

      Discounted merch, enjoyed the office: cafeteria offerings, private and small meeting rooms, dog daycare, gym, and volunteer offerings.

      Cons

      Mass layoffs every year it seems, each brand has its own rules (such as 1/2 day summer Fridays), outdated business approach, leadership defers to investors rather than employee performance, and change is slow and stagnant.
