Rhonda was the best DM I have ever had, down to earth and willing to be in the trenches with you as a manager. The product at Merrrell was top notch, Sperry not so much.

Cons

work life balance for a family, if I was single and childless retail would be easy, but I have grown and made a family and retail isn't conducive for a family life.
