      Large organization with a global reach.

      Cons

      Diversity and inclusion is not a priority. There are very few minorities and women in leadership roles. If you’re not from Scotland it’s hard to move up “the ladder” or advance your career.

      Good benefits and working schedule.

      Cons

      You are just a number here. You are not compensated for your hard work with annual raises. Morale has been low for quite awhile. The company has been through 4 CEO's in the Americas in the time that I was there, thus changing company policies with each CEO. It was a better place to work when it was American owned. Too many changes in such a short time.

      - Amazing pay (overtime) - Food/housing can be paid for - See a wide range of projects and places - Acquire a lot of different experience very quickly

      - Many times, the average work week is around 60 hours - Hard to raise a family or do anything but work
