Low workload, interesting projects, nice coworkers, good work/life balance

Cons

Management is terrible and has a lack of foresight. Company loses money every year and does not care about employees.

Pros

Pay and benefits were pretty good, and the projects I got to work on were very interesting. I learned quite a lot of new skills during my time here, primarily from on-the-job training.

Cons

Overall communication was pretty poor. At least in my department, we never seemed to have any regular meetings, so I was often unaware of what was going on in the office or how the department was doing.
