      Pros

      Nice friendly supportive environment to work. Proper procedures in place to execute FEED type projects. Work life balance is very good. Need to stretch only when required. Good ambience and lot of outlets available for refreshments.

      Cons

      Salary increments are not regular. EPC projects is a rarity. Being acquired by another company, more like a regularity. Mainly back office for utilities and offsites. Don’t get much process units scope. Assignments are at actuals and not employee friendly.
