      Opportunity to work on challenging and interesting projects (many have won ASCE Project of the Year Awards) Wood Rodgers is well-respected by both public agencies and private clients Flexible work schedules Great office environment/culture Fully stocked kitchens and fancy coffee/espresso machines Co-workers feel like family Impromptu BBQs, Pizza Friday's, Anniversary Spin For Cash Potlucks, Movie Nights, Happy Hour get-togethers Unlimited career potential (staff members who started out as interns years ago were just promoted to Principals)

      Access to experts in several disciplines (if you have a question, the answer is a step away); ability to work on a broad range of tasks and projects as a young engineer's career develops; everyone is striving to be their best. The parties and frequent social activities are great too!

      One of those rare companies that realizes the health and happiness of its employees are the key to its success. Great benefits. Wonderful company culture and events. Quality work product and service to clients is a high priority and speaks to the volume of repeat business.
