      good talented people great snacks drinks option workload can be ok but expect to work long hours with no balance with life

      Cons

      toxic culture ran by toxic management no room for advancement they play favoritism and expect a lot from you with no accountability training mentorship do not work here very high turnover staff do not care for your well being especially the toxic management ran away stay away from this company

      - Hybrid work-from-home available. Sometimes. - Given some freedom to learn new things - Coworkers can be great to work with

      Cons

      - If your manager talks to you more than once per year, you're lucky - You will be ignored. No matter how hard you strive to be seen and no matter how much you go above and beyond, you will remain invisible. - Working in an office that's not the home office is detrimental to your career - Communication there is nonexistent. The only way to figure out what's going on is through social media, and even then you'll only know ten percent of it. - No path to advance your career unless you are part of the correct clique. - If you love feeling worthless, this is the place for you!
