We appreciate your feedback. It sounds like you may have had a personal experience that remains unresolved and if that’s the case, we invite you to contact our HR department either by phone or email. Our open-door policy is available to all our employees and we encourage anyone to seek out our board members, principals, or HR if they want to talk about salaries and/or advancement.

Pros

Growing company with great culture. Willing to invest in growth of employees. Advanced tech and in-house departments make collaboration easy. Overall a fantastic place to work with helpful coworkers. Very little to no office intrigue or politics.

Cons

Can be high stress and possible long hours depending on project schedule. They will work you as much as you are willing to work, so if you can't set your own boundaries you will burnout.

Pros

Good company culture in the sense that coworkers are friendly. Lots of social events (almost too many), bonus holidays to make 4 day weekends. Straightforward career ladder in that not too many positions until the very top (principal).

Cons

Small, low budget projects, short turnaround on project deliverables. Always felt rushed and on a time crunch. Long term employees (10+ years) are valued but the younger staff are ignored. Becoming an associate is not clearly defined and very much up to your manager's opinion of you.
