Pros
There are some great people that works here, they just unfortunately aren't in any management type positions where they could make a difference. Offices look nice, especially the newer ones. Working hours are good.
Cons
This company doesn't care about their employees well being and concerns. They only care about how things look, not how they actually are. Upper management is very hard to work with and have little understanding of how things actually work for front line employees. There is very little communication and coordination between departments and offices are often extremely short staffed on "popular" days off (near holidays, etc), to the point of literally only 1 or 2 people being in the office. Pay is low and benefits are not good (expensive HSA insurance plans!). They range from misrepresentation to straight out lying about what the job will be when offering a job. Comfort of employees is disregarded. They put great pride in being a family owned business and several of the higher ups are related, yet they have a policy against hiring family members of employees. Training is virtually nonexistent. They also make it clear that they don't really care about average people as customers and only want the big money/ important people and businesses.
