Good place to learn, bad place to earn

Pros

Good supervisor and friendly colleagues. Chill environment, not too tight on punctuality. Random food parties. Nice HR. Do your job well and you can have freedom.

Cons

Low pay, no increment, no bonus, no OT pay, no recognition. Less or slow benefits than stated. Poor communication between departments. Poor boss - lower end employee relationship. Minimal training and supervision.

The people really make it this place. For the most part, people jump in and help. Everyone puts the customers first. Has really transformed itself and is positioning itself for growth.

Cons

Lack of leadership and a clear vision on a global level from Corp. office in Europe has been challenging and fractured.
